If paying by Zelle, text 571 265 4907 for the information needed. This can also be paid over the phone. The consultation fee can go towards your new permanent makeup appointment. Your date and time is not confirmed until payment is made. Schedule a free 15-minute video consult if needed. 📆Scheduling Appointments - All Other Services: A non-refundable (but transferrable) deposit is required. If paying in cash, please consider sending via Zelle or bring cash upon scheduling. You can also pay by credit card 💳 online. If your deposit has not been paid, the appointment is not confirmed until doing so. ↪️Rescheduling Appointments: There is a one-time courtesy reschedule for all appointments. Beyond the one-time courtesy, a new deposit will be required to secure your new date and time. Your new deposit needs to be secured to confirm your new appointment. The deposit will go towards your balance for the appointment. You will still need to adhere to the 24-hour reschedule or cancellation policy. 💰Payment Methods Accepted: Zelle, Cashapp, Credit/Debit Cards 💳, and Cash. Cancellation Policy
❗️Cancellations: Schedules are busy, and unexpected events happen! Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours PRIOR to your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable (but are transferrable). (Please read scheduling information above). Same day cancelations will incur a $50 fee.
❎️Refunds: There are no refunds.
❗️No Shows & Missed Appointments:
Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to rebook your service. Please reschedule within 24 hours. A no-show fee can be charged up to 50% of the balance owed.
📝Service Instructions:
For PMU clients, please adhere to your pre-care & post-care instructions sent prior and after your session date. If your appointment has to be rescheduled as a result of not following them, an additional deposit will be required for the rescheduled date! The instructions are mandatory! #respectfully 😊
